These terms apply to every service you purchase from InternalHost. By placing an order or using a service you agree to them. We tried to keep this readable — if anything is unclear, email us.
1. Who we are
InternalHost is a sole proprietorship owned by Xaviero Kajafas. Dutch CoC 90174720, VAT ID NL003729117B47. Registered seat: Bijlmerdreef 910, 1103 DV Amsterdam. Office (by appointment): Nieuwe Hemweg 26, 1013 CX Amsterdam. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we provide
VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, web hosting, game servers, domain registration, mail hosting, S3 storage, and related IT infrastructure — ordered via the product pages on this website. Specific specs per product are listed on the order confirmation.
We are unmanaged by default. Hardware, network and datacenter facilities are our responsibility; your application, configuration, data and backups are yours. For managed hosting we refer you to our sister company EASEO.
3. Ordering, delivery and payment
- Ordering: via this website, after accepting these terms + AUP.
- Delivery: once the first invoice is paid. Usually minutes (VPS) to hours (dedicated with manual work). Custom-spec orders per quote.
- Payment: up-front, per calendar month or year (your choice at order). Via Mollie or Revolut. Bank transfer on request for B2B above €200/mo.
- Late payment: we send a reminder. After 7 days the service is suspended, after 30 days terminated. Data is permanently deleted 14 days after termination.
- Prices: in euros, excluding 21% VAT for consumers in NL/EU. B2B with valid EU VAT number: 0% reverse charge.
4. Right of withdrawal and cancellation
- Consumers (B2C) have a 14-day right of withdrawal after ordering, as long as the service has not yet started. By ticking "deliver immediately" at checkout you explicitly waive this right (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230o). No pro-rata refund on cancellation after that — but a credit for future orders on request.
- B2B customers: no statutory right of withdrawal.
- Cancellation any time via the customer portal (
/services). Service runs until the end of the paid period. No notice period, no fine print.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our AUP is part of this agreement. Short version: don't be a jerk. Full list of what flies and what doesn't is on /aup. Violations can lead to suspension or termination without refund.
6. Liability and uptime
- Our services are provided as-is. We do our best but offer no contractual uptime guarantee. Expected uptime is around 99.9% per year — not a contractual SLA unless separately agreed.
- Our liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
- We are not liable for: data loss caused by your own actions, consequential damages (lost revenue etc.), damage by force majeure (DC outage, DDoS, NIS2 incidents).
- You are responsible for backups of your own data. We make infra backups for our disaster recovery, not for your application state.
7. Privacy and data
Personal data is processed per our privacy policy and GDPR. B2B customers processing end-user personal data on our infrastructure simultaneously enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) via the checkout process.
8. Intellectual property
Software we deliver or install belongs to its makers under their respective licenses. Your own data, code and content stays yours — we claim nothing on it. Our branding (logo, name, "For the crazy ones.", "Servers die het doen") belongs to InternalHost.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. Substantial changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via email. Don't agree with the change? You may cancel before the effective date at no cost.
10. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are resolved by mutual consultation first — usually a single conversation via Signal. If that fails: District Court of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law dictates a different court.
