DO
  • Direct, technical and concrete. Verifiable facts (AS number, CoC, datacenter, EU jurisdiction).
  • Honest expectations: hardware and network are our problem, application and config are the customer's.
  • Dry humor is fine. "Don't be a jerk" as the AUP opener is on-brand.
DON'T
  • Buzzwords: "premium", "state of the art", "best in class", "industry leading", "world-class".
  • Vague SLA promises ("99.99% uptime guaranteed") without putting it in a contract.
  • Stock photos with smiling people pointing at laptops.
