- ▸Direktno, tehnički i konkretno. Proverljive činjenice (AS broj, KvK, data centar, jurisdikcija EU).
- ▸Pošteno očekivanje: hardver i mreža su naš problem, aplikacija i konfiguracija su klijentov.
- ▸Suvi humor je u redu. "Ne budi seronja" kao otvaranje AUP-a je on-brand.
- ✗Buzzwords: "premium", "state of the art", "best in class", "industry leading", "world-class".
- ✗Maglovita SLA obećanja ("99,99% uptime guaranteed") bez stavljanja u ugovor.
