Where we go.
We're based in Amsterdam with home DC Qupra. For other locations we drive to you. No permanent staff at every DC — but we have the bandwidth to be on-site within 90-120 minutes for ASAP, once your escort procedure is set up.
Access logistics: you add us to the escort list at the DC reception, or you give us a one-time access badge, or you escort us yourself. First task at a new DC costs an extra 30min for check-in — only that once. We'll help with the paperwork chain if you've never done it.
Rates.
Billed per minute, not "4 hour minimum like everywhere else". Travel costs on request when outside a DC. If DC reception delays check-in we don't bill the wait — only from the moment we're at the rack.

VAT: 21% for NL customers, 0% reverse-charge for EU B2B with a valid VAT-ID (auto-validation via VIES at signup). Tier breakdown: Basic = hands work (reboot, cables, photos, labeling). Medium = hardware swap, modules, console access. Advanced = network debug, BGP/OSPF, Junos/Cisco IOS config work.

B2B invoice cycle = 30 days of pain. Wallet = pay up front, reconcile later. One iDEAL transfer, then instant dispatch without a fresh invoice flow each time. We get cash, you get a buffer for emergencies. Win-win.
VAT is charged at the moment of consumption per task (deposit model). Wallet balance valid 12 months, remainder refundable minus 1% admin fee. Bonus is a price discount on prepayment — not a separate service.

We drive, do the work, send photos before + after, bill on actual minutes. Status live in your portal.
Existing customer with wallet balance? Log in, submit task, we dispatch right after estimate approval. No invoice per task — balance is auto-charged. Monthly statement summarizes.
First time? 4-field signup (email, name, company, optional VAT-ID), we give you an estimate, you pay up front via iDEAL or credit card. Job dispatched within 60 seconds of payment clearing.
